Can't fault the service of my ride on mower, came back very clean. Have to say though that the mower was in there for almost 5 weeks! Did ask at the time how long it would take and was told a week at the most. They hadn't even looked at it 2 weeks after I dropped it off and, when they did look at it, it took a week to get a part! They charged me £45 per hour plus VAT, the bill to service, replace bearings, 2 small springs, 1 new drive belt and blades was near £700! This is half the price of a new one! Staff was great but you get a little annoyed waiting 5 weeks for a mower when grass needs cutting!
